Helictite

Information for Subscribers

A volume of Helictite consists of two issues which are published on a semi-annual basis. This means that one or two issues are published per year, although it may vary without notice.

Subscriptions are paid for complete volumes. This may be either in advance, or during the publication period of the current volume. Subscriptions are currently being accepted for volume 39, 40 and 41.

The following subscription rates exclude the Australian G.S.T. (Goods and Services Tax). ASF is not registered to collect the G.S.T. and payment of G.S.T. is not required.

Payment must be made to "Helictite" in Australian Dollars by bank cheque or personal cheque (in association with an Australian Bank), Australian money order, international money order (in Australian Dollars), or cash. Payment is not accepted by credit card, charge card, or any form of international currency.

Each issue is mailed out to the nominated delivery address in the month in which it is published. Deliveries outside of Australia are sent via air mail. A receipt is included with the first issue of the subscription and a renewal invoice is included with the final issue.

The Subscription Form is available in several different formats:

	Hypertext (html, 6K)
	Word 97 document (doc, 24K)
	Rich Text Format (rtf, 16K)
	Portable Document Format (pdf, 42K)

Choose the format which produces the best results when it is opened and printed on your computer. Instructions and further information are given on the form.

Subscriptions by libraries or organisations may be made through Subscription Agents, where the subscriber makes payment direct to the agent. The rate may vary from that given above.
